Title: Saucy Meat Loaves

Yield: 6 Servings

1 1/2lbGround beef
1cBreadcrumbs, soft
1mdOnion; finely chopped
1 Egg; beaten
1 1/4tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
1cTomato sauce; divided
2tbSugar, brown
2tbVinegar
2tbMustard, prepared
1/2cWater
  Rice; hot, cooked

Combine first 6 ingredients and 1/2 cup tomato sauce in a large mixing bowl; mix well, and shape into 6 individual meat loaves. Place in a greased 9" square baking pan.

Combine 1/2 cup tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and wate; mix well, and pour over meat loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally. Serve on rice.
